Recently a customer inquired whether we had the ability to print GTIN codes on shipping documents. They were surprised to learn we have a full PTI Case Labeling program to handle all traceability requirements. We were surprised that that they didn’t know we had a PTI application available!
We began working on the PTI case labeling module in 2010. Over the years we’ve stayed on top of changes to the Produce Traceability Initiatives plan and implementation schedule. Now, many customers are finding the grocers like Wal-Mart are requiring produce shippers to implement PTI standards.
Instead of purchasing a stand alone PTI system, adding the PTI case labeling module to The Shipper’s Office gives businesses one software solution for all their traceability, inventory and sales needs.
