Paper Filing Deadline
If you are filing ACA forms by paper, you must file before February 28, 2021.
Recipient Copy Deadline
IRS extends due date for furnishing ACA Form 1095-C to employees from January 31, 2021 to March 02, 2021.
Electronic Filing Deadline
1095-C Forms must be e-filed with the IRS by March 31, 2021.
Note: Some STATES have mandated reporting ACA Forms with the State agencies. Be sure to check the requirements of your state.

Compile 1095-C Information
Next, you will need to compile your 1095-C information. Yes, you will be able to re-compile this information at the end of the year. Compiling now allows you to correct errors and find missing information BEFORE you are trying to file.
