The 2021 Federal Form 941 is now available.
When you select to Preview or Print the form, the program will prompt you to download the new version.
A software update is not needed to complete the Quarter 1/2021, 941 form.
There are three boxes used on the 2020 form that are not used for 2021.
Do not enter anything in boxes
- 13b,
- 24,
- and 25.
The program will still allow you to edit these boxes, but doing so will result in incorrect totals or irrelevant information.
When the 2021 form is printed, those boxes will be greyed out as seen in the following image:
