To Our Valued Customers,

In an effort to protect our employees and community, and to continue to provide services to our customers, we have implemented plans to deal with the spread of COVID-19. Since authorities have recommended social distancing at this time, we are reducing our in-office staff and having high-risk employees work from home. When Datatech staff work from home, they will have the same telephone, email, and remote support capabilities as they do in our office, along with the same security measures. There is no reduction in staff. Therefore you should not see any interruption in service.

We are continually monitoring this situation, as things seem to change overnight. We will have the next stage of our plan ready to implement, should the authorities put our area on lockdown. We will be able to continue our operations with employees working from home.

Currently we are doing everything within our power to keep everyone well, including practicing social distancing within our office and regularly sanitizing shared surfaces. We have asked our employees to monitor their own health as well as that of their families so that if there is any concern, we can avoid spread.

What You Can Do To Help

Please handle all issues over the phone or through email as this will help to avoid person-to person contact. We ask that you avoid coming into the Datatech office for the next few weeks.

Use the payment portal if at all possible. This will facilitate posting of payments to your account in the event that we are not working in our office. You can use our secure Bank of the West payment portal to make payment from your checking, savings, or credit card accounts.

Click here to access the portal here.

Your account information is not stored unless you choose to create a username and password. Whether you create a saved account or pay without creating an account, we do not have access to this information. We do not have a way to charge your saved payment accounts. All payments are initiated by the user.

Again, we do not anticipate any interruption in service. If there are any unforeseen delays in response due to this pandemic, we appreciate your patience. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you and your families stay well.

Best Regards,

Beth Titterington
