We have recently enhanced the Employee Medical Information features of our Human Resource Management program. You are now able to track Covid Tests, Vaccinations, Drug Tests, and more within the software. 

This feature was updated in anticipation of the proposed vaccine and testing requirement for large businesses. While the Supreme Court blocked this proposed requirement, OSHA still strongly encourages the vaccination of workers and employers may still choose to record vaccination and testing information. Employees may also want their employer to have information about allergies or other medical conditions that they may need in an emergency situation. This update will also provide integration with our Document Management software, allowing you to save medical documents to these records.

Important: If you choose to use these features to track your employees’ medical information, it is up to you to make sure you are in compliance with privacy laws regarding this subject. If you would like to set up restrictions on who can access this information, contact our support department. You can also watch our video, “Set Up Operators,” for assistance with creating restrictions.

How To Use This Feature

You can record employee medical information in two places:

1. Directly in an employee’s file, go to Employees > Employee Entry > Medical tab.

2. In the Employee Medical Information window, go to Employees > Employee Medical Information. 

Reports can be printed or exported to Excel on the Employee Medical Information window by clicking Reports.
