An update to the HR program (version 7.53.290) has been posted with the following two corrections:
Compile 1095-C for ALE Groups
Under certain conditions, it was possible for the program to determine that an employee was being report by another group member for each group member. This meant that the employee did not have any codes reported under any member. This could happen if the first month that an employee worked for a group was under one member, and that employee had no other hours for the reset of the year for that one member (all other hours were worked for other group members). This has been fixed.
Non-Calendar Year Plans
The checkbox Non-calendar year transition relief (2I) checkbox was not working to activate the logic that reports 2I for the plans prior to the starting month of the plan. This has been fixed.
