California Pay Data Reporting
Many California employers (with 100 or more employees and/or 100 or more workers hired through labor contractors) are getting ready to submit the newly required California Pay Data Reporting.
The filing deadline for the 2022 reporting year is May 10, 2023.
We are currently working on completing the programming required for this new report. Datatech Software will soon be ready to export the California Pay Data Reporting file.
We will let you know as soon as the program is ready to export this data.
This data includes:
- NAICS Code
- Major Activity
- Establishment
- Job Category
- Sex, Race, Ethnicity
- Pay Band
- Mean-Hourly Rate
- Median-Hourly Rate
- Labor Contractor
Note: If you try to generate and upload a file to the Pay Data Reporting Portal before we release the necessary templates, you will receive an error message.
EEO-1 Reporting
The 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is currently scheduled to open in mid-July 2023. This means you will not be able to upload your data until then.
