An update is available that adds new features to the California Covid-19 Sick Leave system. Go to Tools > Check for Updates to download and install the update.

These changes include the following:
  • The California Covid -19 Sick Leave Balance Setup table will re-calculate balances from 01/01/2021.
  • Covid leave paid out for federal reasons 1-5 will be included in Used Hours.
  • Hours used for federal reasons 1-5 will reduce CA Covid Sick Leave Balances as they are paid out.
  • New Employees will automatically be set up with an 80 hour Covid leave balance.  The re-hire entry will display previous alocated Covid leave balances and hours used. This information can be manually edited if needed and the balance will be updated upon completion of the re-hire.
