Sacramento, Calif. – The Labor Commissioner’s Office is offering free workshops to assist current or prospective farm labor contractors. If you’d like one-on-one help for first-time licensing or renewal applications, the California Department of Industrial Relations will have have consultants available. You’ll need to reserve your spot to use computers onsite.
The date for these free workshops will be Friday, September 16th in Oakland and the Consultants Labor Commissioner’s Office is offering a complimentary workshop in Fresno. Consultants will be available for one-on-one review of applications and laptops will be available for application submission and online exams.
Reservation is required so you’ll need to email FLC@dir.ca.gov to reserve a time on a kiosk to complete the online application or take an exam and provide the location
of where you will attend.

Viernes, Julio 15 -La Oficina del Comisionado Labor de Oakland ofrece talleres gratuitos para asistir a contratistas de trabajo agrícola existentes o futuros. Asesores en la oficina del Comisionado Labor de Fresno tambien ofrecen talleres gratuitos. Se dispondrá asesores para revisar individualmente las solicitudes nuevas o de renovación. Se dispondrá de computadoras portátiles para presentar la solicitud o tomar el examen en línea.
