We’ve just added a new video on our web site explaining how the Safe Harbor Report processes your payroll information to determine the breaks already paid amount under different pay systems. We have developed the logic used in the system based on our best understanding of the law and the various ways in which customers use the program. It is important for you to understand how the system arrives at the calculations since some parts of AB 1513 may be open to interpretation. If you are not sure that the report is performing the calculations the way that you want for your company, please let us know!
