Fresno, Calif. – An update is now available for The Farmer’s, Labor Contractor’s and Shipper’s Office software products pertaining to the roll-over of the Anniversary Date for Paid Sick Leave.
As a Datatech client, we ask that you use the Check for Updates option on your Tools menu to download the update.
It’s important to note that the annual roll-over of the Anniversary Date is based on the Pay Period Starting Date.
This roll-over occurs during the check entry or create checks process for the Pay Period that STARTS on or after the anniversary date. Therefore, employees with an anniversary date of July 1st, will have their roll-over on the pay period that starts on or after July 1st.
For most clients, this will be the pay period that starts Sunday the 3rd or Monday the 4th, with check dates between the 13th-16th.
