An update is now available for Oregon Payroll Tax Filers.  Beginning with the third quarter 2022, Oregon employers will use the Frances Online website to upload and complete your quarterly filing. We are including a step-by-step video in this article to assist you with this process.

What You Need To Do

Go to Tools > Check for Updates to download the latest update for your Datatech Software.

How to Create the Oregon 132 File

Datatech has decided to use the csv filing specifications. This means you will continue to use the State Quarterly Report to generate your 132 file.  There will be no changes to your workflow in Datatech software to create the file.

What Has Changed When Uploading the File(s)?

While specifications were given to create electronic 132, OQ, and Schedule B files, the Frances online system only allows for the 132 file to be uploaded.  Through the submission process you will have to enter your Schedule B (State Income Tax Withholding)Tax Liability manually from the information on the printed Datatech Quarterly State Reports.
