Oregon’s minimum wage will be increasing on July 1, 2020.  The minimum wage increases to $13.25 per hour inside the Portland urban growth boundry, $11.50 per hour in nonurban counties and $12.00 in other areas of the state. 

Datatech has updated the Minimum Wage Rate based on the Standard rate of $12.00.  Upon opening the progam you should see a message “Updated State Tax Rates are Available for 2020”, followed by a state selection window with Oregon selected.  Click OK to update the rates.

If your operation falls into the Portland UGB or Nonurban Counties classification, you will need to change this rate.  You can do this from Payroll > Setup > State Tax Rate Tables > Minimum Wage tab.
