The person in this position will learn and support our software, which is specifically designed for payroll and accounting needs of the Ag Industry. They will learn the processes our customers use in everyday business and how to support and troubleshoot issues the customer may experience using our software.
Position Summary
The Support Representative will assist our customers in day-to-day use of our Ag Payroll, Accounting, and Human Resource Management software.
Not only do they need to be competent in customer support, they need to have a desire to learn, troubleshoot, problem solve, and teach others. Their support will keep our customers focused on what they do best, feeding the world.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, basic internet skills, accounting software
- Ability to learn and teach new software
- Ability to troubleshoot and work through problems
- Operation of multi-line phone system
- Good communication, both written and verbal
Experience
- Use of computers in an office environment
- Customer Service
- Accounting and/or payroll experience
- Agribusiness experience a plus
Education
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
