Learn how to create a credit memo. The techniques we will discuss can be used for both buy/sell and grower sales. These features are especially useful for tracking lot and grower information for grower liquidations.

One question we are asked is, “Why should I issue a credit memo instead of using the reverse and rebill option?”

If you are invoicing buy/sell product, the reverse and rebill option is fine. When handling grower product, you normally need to show the grower the original sale, and then the credit separately. This is not possible with the reverse and rebill option, which simply gives the grower the final rebilled invoice.
